IN MEMORY OF
MASON JAMES EASLEY

stillborn April 13th 2002.
Remembered by Mommy, Daddy, Brother Austin, and sister Courtney:
On August 29th 2001, I found out I was pregnant with my third child, A very much wanted pregnancy. At twelve weeks along we found out the baby was a boy. On the way home from the appointment my son picked out the name Mason James Easley. Everything went well up untill 36 weeks, during a ultrasound they noticed Mason wasn't gainning wieght, my doctor put me on Bed rest for a week. The following week I went back in. Mason still hadn't gainned, my placenta showed reduced flow, and my amniotic fluid had decreased. They decided to induce later that day. After hearing Masons heart beat, we were sent home to take care of things and prepare for the Birth of our baby. After taking the kids to a sitter and packing my bags, three hours later we arrived at the hospital, they hooked me up to the monitors, five nurses tried to find the heartbeat, after they couldn't I was starting to worry, but told myself I was over reacting, he was fine that morning, they pulled the ultrasound machine in, the doctor came in (not my doctor) some quack with no bedside manor came in and determined the Mason James had passed. That was April 12th, I was induced that night, I kept begging for a c-cection, they wouldn't listen, I kept feeling Mason move, the next morning Mason James was born asleep. He weighed 4 lbs 2 ounces. We got to hold him, I wish I would have held my baby longer. On April 17th we burried my sweet Mason James. Mommy and daddy love you baby and you'll be in our hearts forever.
